The following are nine reasons to build with McCracken Homes Vic.
1. McCracken Homes provide ongoing customer support from concept to completion.
2. We ensure a fixed price contract, so you can be confident that the price in the contract is the price you will pay - excluding subsurface obstructions (rock) on the building site.
3. We are known in the industry as ‘The Builder Who Cares’ - this is our company culture not just a slogan.
4. A variety of home designs ranging from affordable homes to contemporary urban designs that complement various allotment sizes and your specific needs; We also build your own plans or amend our current designs to suit your individual requirements.

6. Our trades have been selected due to their proven skill and ability.
7. We aim to complete your single story home within a 26 week period (subject to weather conditions) after commencement on site. This is after all design work, all necessary Council and Building approvals have been obtained.
8. Unique to McCracken Homes, we offer a ‘real deal’ footing allowance in our advertised prices. This means our pricing reflects the ‘REAL’ cost of building your home and not an artificial price to get you to sign up and then hit you with additional extraordinary footings costs.
